Our mission is to provide organizations with high-quality, evidence-based training, regardless of their ability to pay for it. Our desired impact is to build organizations' capacity to do more good in the world.
Many organizations aim to have a positive impact on the world. The health care, social, and environmental sectors in which these organizations operate are constantly evolving, so employees and volunteers must update their skills to keep up. However, organizations may not always have the internal expertise or resources to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the training required to upskill their employees and volunteers. To ensure these organizations have access to high-quality, evidence-based training, we have adopted a flexible-cost business model. The cost of our services depend on an organization's ability to pay for them. By working with for-profit organizations and universities, we are able to offer our services at a lower cost to non-profit organizations and teams.
If you are an established for-profit organization or university looking to address your education or training needs, we can help you! Plus, choosing to work with Pace Car Learning means that you are helping to support non-profit organizations in your community. Thank you.
Our specialty is developing training for practicing health care professionals and organizations in the health care sector. We have worked with academic teams who are implementing innovations in the health care system and non-profit organizations who are trying to address pressing challenges in their community. However, our approach is generalizable across sectors and we are happy to consult with you regardless of your training needs.
Please reach out for an initial consultation meeting to discuss your needs at no charge.
